Hi friend,

I just recorded a little video for you because… well, life feels like a lot right now, doesn’t it? 💛

Instead of sending a perfectly polished thing, I just wanted to show up as me and say: there is a LOT of good happening out there, too.

We just gotta look for it.

We have to CHOOSE to let it come into our purview – to LET it be as loud – or louder – than the shenanigans.

And it will fuel us through this time of discomfort (i.e. evolution).

Let this lil 10 minute share from my heart to yours bring you a bit of peace (and please
forgive the little buzz during the singing – I’m still figuring out my audio recording 😅)

There is always good happening. There is always lighting being born out of, inspired by darkness. There’s a reason it feels so uncomfortable now…it’s our awakening, my dears. And we are all here for it together…
